New Begun Land

The Newbegun Land Homeowners Association plays a vital role in the community by coordinating and disseminating information to property owners and keeping them informed about news in our community. The $30 annual membership fee for joining the Association goes towards maintaining our community boat ramp and our improvement/building fund for the future, when we assume control of Newbegun Land's common areas.
